When you install Windows XP Service Pack 2, graphics in emails will no
longer be displayed by default. This is a security measure to prevent
spammers from using web beacons from validating your email address.

- Open Outlook Express
- From the Tools menu, select Options.
- Click the Security tab.
- Uncheck the "Block images and other external content in HTML e-mail." checkbox.
